Training Methods

We use active learning, discussion and investigation techniques to make our training sessions more productive. Delegates learn practical skills, not just the theory behind them and go back to work able to apply those new skills making the training more cost and time-efficient.

We can, for example, enable supervisors to become more self sufficient by training them to be trainers for manual handling and computer workstation risk assessment; give your sales team more confidence by improving their presentation skills and provide an on-going mentoring service for trainers and presenters.

We can carry out a full training needs analysis and plan a training programme based on your health and safety management system to provide focused cost effective skills training for all staff from the Board to the shop floor and everyone in between.
